New Forum and PhotoPost

I am just about finished with the move to the new server... great news....I managed to convert 95% of the data from this forum... a few problems were encountered... e.g.. users who changed their usernames were dropped *:-[ *I think 4 users were affected... create a new user... and let me know so I can bump your post totals

Also... a new program was added called Photo Post... this will enable users to post pictures to the site.. each user has 10 megs to play with and a maximum of 250k per picture. *

This new style forum certainly looks better, except that I have to use IE to view it. Netscape has all kinds of problems.

I like the new setup, especially the photopost. I uploaded some pics the other night and have never had an easier time doing it.

On another topic though, I had trouble uploading an animated GIF for my avitar...says I need to re-size it. When it comes to computer graphics are not my "forte", so if I send it to you IJO, can you fix it up for me?

Glad you like the new features bristleworm... if you come across something you don't like... or maybe a better way to do something... color issues... jsut send me a pm.


About your issue with the gif...
I'm a developer... far from a graphic artist... but I can give it my best shot. send away

Here you go Sean... it was a bit painfull... but I think I got the 'new' post issue solved... wow... its a bit tough to fix an issue when you never worked in the language.
