Here is the Point Breakdown
~ newthread = 2 points
~ reply = 1 point
~ Agree points 5
~ Disagree points -3

~ points for thread owner if thread's reply exceeded certain number.
10 replies = 1 points
20 replies = 2 points
50 replies = 3 points
75 replies = 4 points
100 replies = 5 points

~ extra points for thread owner if the thread's view more than certain number.
40 views = 1 points
80 views = 2 points
120 views = 3 points
160 views = 4 points
200 views = 5 points

~ extra points to user from admin/mod = 5 points
