:biglaugh2 A carpenter worth 7 an hour is probably bad and slow.

    I'm neither.

    Good luck Azz.

I've got carpenters (formworkers) on my construction site making $32.50 an hour, and some of them are bad and slow! :biglaugh2

i dont pay by the hour, only by the job, that usually ends up being arnd 20$ for a novice to arnd 45$-80$/hr for an expert...as long i get what i want for the price thats fair, i dont need to know anymore!

Well, my employer's union agreement with Local 27 precludes me from paying variable rates to our carps. Some of 'em are good, some bad, but they all get paid the same. (the good ones don't get laid off, though)
