    Custom overflow/return box

I finally finished my overflow/return box. It took many modifications to the design to get it right and it works good.

    Nice job.

Is this plumbed to a sump?

Those look like MaxiJet nozzles for the returns. Are they?

Thank you, I am very happy with they way it turned out.

Yes it is plumbed to my sump, I am using a u-tube to the box that hangs on the back of my MT tank. It has a 1" bulkhead in the bottom with a stand pipe.

The nozzle in the middle (loc-line) is the return from my sump. The two maxi-jet nozzles you see are for extra circulation, they are maxi-jet 1200's. In all I have roughly 1100 gph of circulation. The tank is 55 gal so I have a turnover rate of approx. 20x
