    Lexan

Hey do anyone know how to "Weld" Lexan together. It's not really that big of a deal, i'm sure I could just rough up the edges that i'm sticking together and silcone then because there's not going to be any strain on them at all but I'd like to do it right.
I'm getting ready to put a fuge in my basement and want to make a trough so the water can go right into the return section of the sump. It will make alot more sense when I start taking pictures. (And the wife leaves for the field for a week)
    Cheers,

Best thing for Lexan is Methalyne Chloride. You should be able to purchase at the same place you get the Lexan. You need a syringe with a needle to apply. Hold or clamp pieces together and run a small bead of M.C. along the joint. Fastens pretty much instantly, and it does not take much. Use in well ventilated area, suspected carcinogen.

I work with paints everyday that are known to cause Cancer. If I don't get it from the paint i'm sucking in all day i'll never get it.

    Thanks!!
