Adding Frag tank maybe with pics!!!!

Started on the frag tank today. Heres some pics.

    Tank

    Tada hole drilled

Daughter Playin while i drill lol

    Heres where it will be

Adding water after i plumbed it to the main tank

Whats that i see something growing already !!!!!

    Ahhh not what i expected

Now I'm looking for a new tank to do again next weekend. I think i must either have the bulkhead to tight or i bumped it to hard when i was doing the plubming.
BUMMER ARGGGGGH!!!!!!!(that was me venting. I dont get to excited lol)

    ahh cool looking setup !
as for the glass.. i'm not surprised it snapped. You may want to replace the glass on that wall instead of getting another tank. smaller tanks are easier to snap as the glass is brittle and your plumbing is hard. got with a nice 1/2" thick piece for that side if you wish to use the same tank.

moving.. so temporarily out of SW :b8:
planning next tank, possibly 60x30x20 on 2x plasma.

Ya i actually just finished replacing it. Its a bit thicker but not too much. Was easier to drill on the floor lol. Letting the silcone dry for a couple days and back at it

    cool stuff.
I had drilled a bunch of 5g for my hospital setup a while back.. ended up snapping 1 or 2 of them just by gently flexing the piping.. those tanks dont tolerate holes.

    glad u are fixing yours
