    new Cabinet..

    Hi all,
Well, after spending most of my free time in the tiny basement below, I have finally completed my cabinet stand for my 27 gal. tank. I still need to fill in a few screw holes and cap some others.
1 1/2 months later and here it is...

Thank you for your reply. It was tuff getting it built. I only had a 3x6 ft area to cut, glue, screw and assemble the thing. The floor was not exactly level either and had to do some finishing touches to make sure it was not tipsy by applying some parts on the living room floor. Totally against the g/friends desires. lol!!
Anyhow, I just picked up a bunch of button plugs for the trim screw holes and painted them black. I will give them another coat of black before I glue them to the holes.
My next line of attack is getting a sump for it as well a half decent skimmer. Preferably in sump.
    Thanks again for your reply.

Thank you for your reply. I was actually suprised it turned out this well considering the space I had to work with was a 3x6 ft. area and no work bench. Everything was hand cut and measured. The only reason it is level is because when the girlfriend went to work, I brought it up from the basement to work on the living room floor. lol! This was only done to make sure the thing was sitting level.
Next plan is to get a half decent sump and pro. Skimmer.
    Thanks again,
    Will

Too late, She just caught me last nite after I sent you the msg. After blowing a fuse and tossing a lightening bolt at my feet, She got over it. LoL!!
Now to break the news that I am going to need a sump and r/pump and.... before I can get the thing loaded with water.
Winning the 6/49 would sure come in handy right about now!
    Cheers,
    Will
