A good Water top off system

I'm looking for a good water top off system for my aquarium.
I don't have a sump so it will be mounted directly on the tank.
I need something that can be mounted at the upper most of the tank 1-2 inches from the top.

The level lock goes to far into the tank about 5 inches below the top of the tank.

Any idea or links would be great.
