    need info on lighting upgrade

ok heres the deal. Im moving into my own house in the next month(very exciting) and I am going to combine both of my 55 gal tanks. But I desperatly need new lights. I have no lights on the tank at my apartnment and the tank at my parents house has 2 50/50 15 watt reef sun.
The tank at my parents is a fowlr and is doing great. It also has 2 bubble tip and 1 condalatics(sp). The apartnment has just live rock with a damsel.
So the question is how can i get reef lighting without having to spend two weeks of pay??
i was just looking on ebay and there was ARO brand AS-220 VHO ballast, will power up to 220W or two bulbs up to 48" each! This ballast will not run bulbs longer than 48".
for 100 $ this sounds pretty good????
    but im not quite sure?

You could get the workhorse 7 ballast which will power 4X55watt T5's. Ivan sells the ballasts for I think $55. But then u need bulbs $20 each and endcaps which I think are about $8 per set. So probably cost you around $200 for 220watts

I have this ARO brand AS-220 VHO ballast to power 2x110w VHO 48" bulbs and it works great.
90G bb mixed reef set up in April 2005. I had 40g mixed reef for one year before that

The lighting at reefsolutions is not HO so depends on what you are planning on housing in your tank (coral wise). Not a bad price though...
