    LF: 1/2" acrylic sheet for cheap ( for my sump )

    I called canus.. and they want 425$ for a sheet of 4x8.
    i'd need 2.. this is too expensive. what are my options ?
    its for my sump, I don't want brases hense the thickness.
    size would be 92"x32"x16".

    or 3/4" plywood with an epoxy paint might be an option.
    anybody has any experience building a tank of sump with plywood ?

    Liv you need something like this... I do believe that they also come in 300 gallons.

    I had one of those when I was selling my old tank.
    I guess i could try to find an 8 foot one and just cut out what I don't need.

    TSC sells another make (not rubbermaid) for a horse trough but they are long and narrow that may work. The rubbermaid 300g is round.

    Can't you use plexy glass? Home Depot sells it cheap, should be able to glue to acrylic.

    TSC is the store name here in ontario. In the states their signs are Tractor Supply Company.

    Duuhmojo: I have not seen anything thick enough at Home Depot, I think LIV is looking for something like 1/2", I have not seen bigger than 1/4" in Kanata.
