Can I put a small DIY frag plug in my tank uncured?

Do you think there would be any problem in adding a couple small pieces of DIY frag plugs I made to my tank? They have only been curing for a week in fresh water. One of the reasons I ask is cause my tank PH is alway around 7.7 - 7.8 and never goes higher. So the PH from the cement might help my tank. Second I have a few frags that are just laying on my sand bed, and I don't want them to get lost, due to sand covering, and having the bottom side die off. So do you think 2 or 3 small pieces would hurt?

not to worried about my PH, it's been this way for the last 4 years. Once I open a window in my basement, it goes up to 8.0, but now that's it winter I'm not opening any windows.

never had any problems. Fish are all happy, and corals grow like weeds. I am thinking of running a line from my skimmer intake to the out side of my house, so it sucks in fresh air from outside.
