if you can touch and move a yellow tang with a net then I'd say he's a gonner. not much you can do but hope. he has probaly stopped eating awhile back. how old is your setup? how long did you acclimate him?

    Hi Tox,

What were you feeding him besides brine shrimp & mysis?

    Cheers!
There is nothing so permanent as a temporary measure.

    ph was about 8.2

all my other livestocks are doing good

I'm sad, he was fun to watch, when he wasn't affraid of me lol.

I'll wait 2 or three weeks before buying a new one to see if my clownfishs are ok.

is that the first time it ate brine and mysis? did u thaw them out fully?

could be a case of internal paracites, if u don't feel squirmish about it, cut ur tang open and see if its intestines contain any little worms

That's what the guys at marinescape said! I cant open him, I don't have him anymore
Anyway, I'll wait to see if my clowns are okay before buying a new tang
