Ya should have Harley build ya one. From what I heard there very good skimmers for 1/2 the price.

hehe Johnny... I tried getting Mike to purchase a skimmer from harley but the only way I could of got him to save those $$$ is if I would of had one instock. He did get a great deal on the berlin though... and best of all.. he didn't have to wait.

This has got to be the hardest sale I've worked on for another LFS to date... lol (long story...)

I have mine standing beside my sump... with a piece of glass with one end to the other side of the sump, and the other coming up to the skimmer, just so the water flows down quietly instead of splashing down (makes a lot less bubbles also). I'm sure the pump can be replaced... but the berlin one seems good, it has floq control, and it has a 12 blade prop which they claim to make more and smaller bubbles... Compared to my seaclone, this is definately apparent, so I don't know if you'd want to change the pump.

and Johnny, it was half the price otherwise, I would have had Harley make one for me. I too have heard from several people that his are great skimmers.

    cheers,

    Mike
