    ?? W O R M ??

I caught him eating one of my "bigger" feather duster. He's now in the time out tank.
Anyone has an idea of what type of worm it is?

One thing for sure he's not going back in the display tank.

Could be a palolo (sp) worm. I pulled a 5' (when stretched out) out of my 75gal deep sand bed a while back. Have a pic somewhere will hunt it down. At the size I had things were disappearing all the time. Was glad to be rid of him. Creeped my wife and kids out. Good going to have caught him. I had to take the rock he was in out and wait.

I think you may be right Jason...in fact it looks like its tail has already separated as part of the reproductive cycle.

Yes it did lost his tail(might be my hairy crab too)that wanted to taste him,but i did notice the tail part off.I'm gonna try to keep it in my time out tank and test things out with him(what kind of lunch he likes). It might be fun to see.
I did not see him totally stretch but he's at least 3 inch not extended i think.

I'll keep you up to date.I'll also watch for babies...
