    Identification Please??

    I found this in my tank tonight and pulled it out. Seems to be some type of worm. It extends itself very long and has little bristles at the end that pop out. It was fastened pretty good to the rock. Please let me know what you think it is.

    oh btw, it is striped towards the end and was moving tube around quite a bit. I am going to put it in the sump for now. Looked up tube worm and doesn't resemble any of those.

    Close. But I did look up peanut worm and that is what it is. I think I will put it in my refuge for now. Feeds of deitrus so that will be a good place for it.
