    Water Proofing A Stand?

Hi its been a while since I last posted. Does anyone know if there a paint or varnish I can use to coat an iron stand and prevent rusting from salt creep?

    Thanks

I'm searching for the same thing.
from what i've read so far, a good epoxy paint should be good.

moving.. so temporarily out of SW :b8:
planning next tank, possibly 60x30x20 on 2x plasma.

I used a spray on rubberized undercoat from canadian tire. It finishes black in color but texturized not glossy. I figure, if it's designed to prevent rust on a car, why not a tank stand.

If that's not good for you then typically any tremclad brand spray paint should be sufficient.
