best way to remove salt from glass

what do I have to use to remove the salt from the tempered glass lens protecting my MH lights.

My glass is etched with the salt. What solution removes it?

    Thanks!

I take the arcylic screen off my 4' every light change and clean the salt deposits with ... dum dum dumm... Windex. (not over the tank, I take it out to clean it.)

After it's clean, then I clean it again with RO/DI water & paper towels.

    Cheers!
There is nothing so permanent as a temporary measure.
