    Best LFS in Edmonton

What would be the best Marine store around here? Somebody has to be from here! I think it would help out my greeness if I were to have a look at some tanks that are all rigged up.

If you haven't already you might want to give Aquarium Illusions a look...

My next hobby will be flooding my basement while repeatedly banging my head against a brick wall and tearing up $100 bills. Whee!

Ahh yes, I have been to the webpage. Do they have much to see inside the store?

I haven't been to the store since ... hmmm .. exactly two years ago, January '02. I don't think I made it up to Edmonton at all last year. Apparently the store's changed quite a bit since then! Have heard plenty of good things about it, though. I think it's worth a look, I'll be visiting there next time I'm in town (whenever that will be..).

I think Aquarium Illusions is one of the best in Edmonton. The prices are a little high, but all fish are kept in the quarintine room for a period,so I dont mind paying a little more.
Are you living in Edmonton?if so check out Canreef.com

I would rate Big Al's the best. They have the best prices for equipment and a large selection of equipment and fish.

I weny by Aquarium Illusions. It has a great tank setup in the middle if the store, and a good supply of fish. I was also able to find some bulkheads. (after Crappy Tire, Home outfitters, Home Depot and Petsmart.) All and all a nice place.

Now I need to check out Big Al's

I wouldn't buy any equipment locally. Livestock yes, equipment no. I say that just because its so horrendously overpriced locally vs online retailers such as this one. Big Als is ok I think. Some of their staff is knowledgable. Others not.
