DSB or mud in fuge? / also AC feedback

I'm planning on adding a refugium to my 20g long. My question is...

Is it better to have DSB in the fuge or to use "miracle mud"??

I'm thinking of going with a CPR 24" aquafuge...how much sand or mud would I need??

I've also PMed Acrylic City and may go with one of thier fuges. If anyone uses one of their fuges I'd appreciate some feedback.

    Thanks
    James...

If you decide to go with the Miracle Mud, use the Kent Mineral Mud instead. It is the EXACT same stuff and a lot cheaper. Believe me, I have seen both ( used the Miracle mud myself & some friends are using the Kent stuff) and trust me when I say it is the same thing. I don't use the MMstuff anymore either because I basically found it not worth the hassle & cost because you have to renew it regularly according to them and after longterm use of it, I found no different then running a regular remote DSB in my refugium. If you want my opinion, just do a DSB with a regular proper sized sand.

Where can I see pics of your setup? None of the links in your post are any good.

All these setups with DSB, CPW and such are not practical for 20G tank. For refugium that you are going to have 1 to 1 of reef sand will be just fine. For water quality do 10% weekly change and your tank will be very happy.
