What would be the minimum tempature to hold live rock in a bucket with a powerhead?

IMO I would keep it as close to tank temp as possible.

I cured my LR in my new tank setup. Now 2 months later it is crazy. Everyday a see something new growing or moving on the rock.

Agreed, I'd keep it around 80F, same as you would keep a tank.

Depends on what type of tank it's going in. My seahorse tank is at 73-75F. I cured the rock in a garbage can at the same temp.
