    Percula's Not eating!

I got a couple of Percula's (tank breed supposedly) they are quite small, probably about an inch if you stretched'em. They were put in 30g QT yesterday and have yet to eat. I have tried frozen shrimp, cyclopeze flake and formula one flake(I think that is what it's called) and a mix of the three with garlic. Should I be concerned yet ( less than 24hrs) or just keep trying for another day or so and if no luck then what? They look happy so far but just hanging out in the same spot in the tank. Is this just shock from the stress of new environment? My water tested good.

Water was half from display and half new. Tank has some PVC and a couple of rocks for hiding. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't panic yet, 24 hours isn't very long, they're probably just getting used to the new tank. Tomorrow try some frozen brine shrimp. Often the tank bred clowns are raised on it.

Oh - and don't be streching them when you measure their length, it ruins their appetite

mine ate when i dropped them in.. but they were adults..
if they are as small as you say.. mash up the food before serving. so its easier for them.

moving.. so temporarily out of SW :b8:
planning next tank, possibly 60x30x20 on 2x plasma.
