    Desperately seeking ID!

Ok, so I'm looking at my tank (spending way too much time doing that) and suddenly see this thing on the LR that I hadn't noticed before. Either it was there all along or I just wasn't paying attention, I tend to go into a daze after a while! Anyhoo, as I look at it, it sort of opens a little bit and it looks to be some sort of clam or mussel. But is this possible? I have attached the picture. Not the best of quality, but the best I can do with my measly 2.1 megapixel!
Hope someone can help! Thanx in advance!

Give me five, I will try to get one!

Oh man, try as I might, I just can't get any better than that.
I will keep trying though, I might hit the jackpot yet!

This is the absolute best I could get and unfortuately this is the only other angle I could get. It is sitting in a hole on the top of the rock and I can only see through the front of my tank.

This is not the colour of my rock BTW! The flash is blinding it to that colour!

I'm thinking it's a mussel too. Strange! lol

Anyhoo I have attached another pic outlining where the opening is and pointing to what looks like some sort of feeding tubes? (The white dots being pointed at.)

There's something called a "thorny oyster" that is pretty common on liverock. could be that. Looks like it from the spikey things sticking out.
