    The first one is a Calcerous Macro Algae. I can't remember the exact name right now...

    The second is some type of Acro species.

    The first pics is Calcerous Macro algea like Tang_man said.
    I have a couple in my tank and they have never hurt anything.

    As for the second pic I'm not sure? If you could get a close up it would help alot.

    The name of that calcerous algae is Neomeris.
    AKA Fuzzy Tip Algae.

    They come and go in a tank. Nothing to worry about.
