    cleaning acrylic

    Anyone out there have a good why of cleaning the front of an acrylic tank? I have an acrylic cleaner but still streaks. Anything out there?

    after you you use the cleaner maybe you could take a pass a shamy to clean the excess....or use windex...spray on the rag and not dirrectly on the tank so no overspray goes flying in the tank

    I use windex on my acrylic tank. I have to wipe it twice some times three times to get rid of all the streakes.

    *gag* please don't use windex on your tank! Even if you just touch the tank and then put your hand in it, you can get it into your tank.

    Get some Coralife glass/acrylic cleaner...or even the salt creep eliminator(which I use becase I couldn't find the glass cleaner). I've never had a clearer looking tank!

    Thats why i said to put it on a rag.I dont see anuthing wrong sprayng away from the tank on to a rag and then cleaning the tank
