you might have to hit a plumbing contractor for that.. if they even make it. I have never seen it in the small a size because it is for the most part used as drain pipe. You may want to consider using CPVC. It comes in the smaller sizes and there is a good selection of fittings for it. However it is not black it's cream colored.

yes ive got some of that, i wanted it to blend in with the rim of the tank. Is there any paint that could be used which would be safe and last?

I used black epoxy spraypaint from Home Depot. After paint was really dry I let it sit in old water change water for a week or two then put it it my tank. Six months now and it is completly covered with coraline. I have read many threads on this subject and have yet to read about someone who has had adverse effects.

Where I work we sell sch 40 pvc pipe and sch 80 pvc pipe. They both come in 3/4", sch 40 is white in color where as sch 80 is a dark grey color, It's not black but it may do the trick.

I see you are in Saskatoon, Cool Me too! It is nice to know there is someone else with an interest in the hobby here. We should talk, it would be nice to have someone to help out in a reef emergency.
