    Hang on fuge

Just added that cpr hang on fuge that I was talking about earlier to the tank. Really impressed. Now the next question is what types of macro should I add to it?
    Thanks in advance.

I'd go with Chaetomorpha commonly refered to as cheato. It does'nt go sexual and does not stick to anything ... it just stays in the water. I have a HOB fuge and that's what I'll use. I also plan on adding other kinds of algae for diveristy but I'm not 100% sure of which other kind to add. All I know is that to start I'll be putting some Chaetomorpha in there. Chances are you can get some for from from a local reefer.

    Good luck

    Steph

The spaghetti algae is an excellent choice, it grows really fast, is easy to thin out (just rip out half the clump and you're done), and can be stored for weeks sometimes even months in a baggie (with no water). It's a good candidate for mailing through snail mail as long as the weather is warm.

Has any one tried using them as an organic scouring pad?:lightbulb :humm:
