    littleboyblue16,

I think we call that a nano-tank... and if you add corals and stuff, a nano-reef...

Hope it works out well, keep us up to date.

    Good Luck...

I keep a 20 gallon beside my 90 and all I have in it is some LR, and huge carpet anenome, and a pair of Saddleback clowns...I'm in the midst of plumbing it into my 90 setup.

    Good Luck...

The only thing two reef keepers will agree on, is what the third reef keeper is doing wrong!

Nerds tend to be the smarter ones anyway LBB...Good luck with your nanotank....I keep a 30g going as an isolation tank in hopes I never have to use it.

Well, with a sump, you'd be able to hide all your equipment in there... heater, skimmer, main circulation pump, etc... Not to mention increasing your water volume.

It wouldn't be a bad idea.

It all depends on whether it would be cost prohibitive for you.. You'd need a pump able to pump water back to your tank, tubing, etc...
