That Marina stuff, i got some from work

anyho, what is the best way to get it off your hands? and how long does it have to dry for? it never came with intructions so i have no idea,

and another thing should i go for crushed coral as my substrate or sand? like that white sand?

For a complete cure, you should let it dry for 24-48 hours.

As for cleaning it off your hands, I usually just wipe it off with paper towels, and then wash my hands in warm water.

i got my free 20gal from work i needed to redo all that, it was a hagen problem, like they never siliconed it properly, so i am haha

Did you get it off your hands?

As for the sand I would go for sugar sized aggregate sand. I'm not sure is there is "South Down" Play sand in Onscario or Alberta but there isn't anything but the Aquarium store reef sand out here in BC.

silica sand <--- i hope i spelt that right, is that good, almost surgar sized

you want to avoid silica sand as it has been found to leach into the water and be one of the causes of Algae blooms. I would stick with aggregate sand made by crushing coral (dead of course)

i was think crused coral too, i liked it, we use it at work, but i thought hey give the sand a try haha but nevermind i will use coral

Sorry I must have not written very clear. The Sand I refer to is crushed coral, just crushed very small so that each grain is about the size of a grain of sugar.
