Well, others have done it before and not been lynched.

Heck, I've done it before.

I'm pretty sure I've seen the mods post info links.

People have linked to commercial sites too.

I know Ivan comes across like some kind of brutal dictator, but, he is really a nice guy.

What you will find, on the commercial side, is that he will see a better price somewhere and then try to beat it. Dang, we all win that way. ;-)

Im not a Mod but i do and did post other information related links,What not to do here is promote(if you own a aquarium related store). If you own a store and like it happened a few times, try to sell a bunch of live rock and such...Its like going at zellers and posting on the board that wall-mart has a sale...I think that everything that is information related that can help anyone here is welcome...that's what i think...

Yes you can post links no problem. Only when a post is a direct or balatant advertisement for something, then it is frowned upon. There "is" also a forum called deals and steals here that you can post a link and a thread if you do happen to come across something elsewhere that you think is a good deal. This is considered helping other hobbyists out and not you out to make money as a business, so it is also allowed. Hope this helps.
