    Busted tank

What a day. Woke up this morning to a stream off water coming from my tank. Seems like the seal broke on the bottom pane. Luckily there was no livestock in the tank. I'm in the process of moving and one of the LFS here is holding them for me, thank god. so no more 55... went out today insearch of a tank and the only thing I could find was a 77 so I was stuck. Would have liked to get a bigger one but the time to get one in was insane. I'll post some pics of the new setup when I get a chance. Wish me luck with the new tank...think I might need it.

That sucks man ... any idea what might have caused the leak?

Good luck with the new one I'm sure it will turn out fine

The 55 was one of those regent things from walmart and the glass is paper thin in it compared to the 77. All I can think of that would cause the leak is the handling of the tank by the moving company, very rough road here in newfoundland where we moved too. But since they moved it over a week ago and it only happened now there is nothing they will do.

Well, I guess if your wife went ahead and bought it for you and added some new rock too. What can you say? Thanks. I guess.

    Good luck.
