Caps, hoods, and PC lighting redux

Does anyone on the list have any experience with the Oceanic bowfront caps? From the pictures I've seen on the Oceanic site, I think one would fit nicely over my 72 gallon bowfront.

As always, it would be nice to have some firsthand input.

Rats ... I forgot a paragraph in my previous post.

I meant to ask if a cap is the same as a hood/canopy. My ignorance is a little overwhelming, even for me, but can I install a lighting retrofit kit into a cap?
