    Fish too Fat?

My hippotang is an exceedingly eager little eater. Is it possible to overfeed to the point of obesity? He's very round at present - looks quite content to me!

I feed 4-8 small meals each day. Flakes, pellets, frozen mix, & seaweed.

Once their settled in Hippos always make pigs of themselves. Can your fish be too fat? Yes they can in fact be to fat but that only occurs when there is too much fat in their diet. If your feeding good quality foods it isn't something you really need to worry about too much.

Isn't that true of all tangs Rob? Admittedly I've only a yellow & a hippo tang, but I thought they were all aquatic pigs

    Cheers!
