    Black spots just stress?

I've got a coco clown (perc maroon cross) that has black spots on him. I did some reading and some said that it could be black flatworms. So I did a FW dip (I guess that kills them) for 8 min but they are still there. I also read that it could be coral stings as the spots are large but he isn't hosting anything but a top conner of the tank. Finally I just played the wait and see. My tank was moved about a month ago and the spots showed up two weeks after. Now they are almost gone. Could it just be stress spots?
