Lighting help
I'm in the process of figuring out my lighting for a 90 gal. marine tank. I've decided for the time being to stick with florscent bulbs. I have an Icecap 660 balast capable of 440 watts(4x4' VHO). I also have glomatt capable of running 2 x 40 watts. What would you reccomend as bulbs for this set up?

i would make the 2 glomatt bulbs actinics that start 1 hour before your VHO's and turn off 1 hour after your VHO's..
as for the the 4 VHO's go 2 super actinics and 2 super White (12k) 50/50 i find the ultrasun to pink..

This is a brand new set up with only cured live rock so far. I will be adding my fish & corals slowly over a long period of time. Would that be TOO much light to begin with? I know I have to go through various algae cycles but if I put too much light I may not be able to control it? any thoughts?
