While I can not call myself an expert I would say try it a little at a time and if the fry eat it then it's probabaly okay. However it is likely not a normal food source for freshwater fry so know that it may contain or may not contain vitamins/minerals ect that the fry do not need or that they require. Also I do believe the Kent stuff is dead/preserved/encapsulated so I wouldn't overfeed the fry, just give enough that it is consumed without extra left in the tank.
That's it for now, keep reef'n
