    algea turf scrubber

    I was reading the current marine fish and reef magasine and there is a great article on ATS,Algea Turf Scrubbers, a big bed of alges in shallow water in your sump (brightly lit) maybe 75 watt halide low K,. anyone have this if so how do you find it works? it seems a great idea .
    What do you call a fish with no eyes?

    Funny I just started one last week. Use spaghetti algae under an old 55 w pc.
    Cant tell you if its making any difference yet.
    75G, 30G sump.

    I don't think that ATS systems are that popular. They usually require a lot of room to set up, but if set up properly, work very very well (from my understanding).
