    Exclamation Ember glow on rock

I am developing either an algae or bacteria that is spread on my live rock. Unfortunatley I am not able to get a picture of it.
It luminates with my moonglow lights and looks like embers on my live rock-kind of orange/red.
My parameters are a little out of whack due to changing from C.C to a sand bed causing some hair algae on my rock. I have added "cycle" enzyme to my tank (twice)
To add a bit more... I have recently started with M.H.

    My question is this:
Has anyone heard of this and more importantly is it bad (red algae, cyano like bacterium).
It is starting to spread to other rock and would like to remove it to my isolation tank in my dark room(no light whatso ever). I can move it to a hospital tank and dose it but would rather not. I tryuly hope that I don't have to isolate ALL my rock (fro my 180) and start again from new.

As always, Thanks for any help and opinions!
