    THANK YOU!....

Dunkn..for starters i only have a,4 inch maroon clown, yellow tang and a volitan.

    sara..just got him.
the volitan is just under 4 inch..still small..but will grow in time 8 inch.im having a hard time feeding him right now...i dont want to lose him...so im hand feeding it.this is what i did..i tied a long black thread to a small sewing needle..added the food to the end and droped it in the tank in fornt of him..and then i pulled back just at the right speed and he takes the bate all the time!..WOW that works great..so he will make it after all.

    reefsurfer...YUP!
i was scared!..and didnt want to lose him..when i just got it 5 days ago.i was told that he my be hard to feed due to his size..and still being very small/baby.well i bought the small frozen shrimp..and when dropping it into the tank..he would only swim up to it and just look at till it droped to the bottom of the tank.MAN..after seeing that over and over..and the food was being waisted..and not being good for the tank sitting at the bottom.i would have to think/work out another way to get him fed....with out having any contact with him.i was so upset that he would starve to death..thats when i thought of that method..it worked for me 100%.he took all three bates!..so im hopeing this will work till he is able to do this on his own.LETS KEEP ON FISHING

Great tank, and Welcome. It looks like your off to a great start.
I'm sure your volitan will be eating from your hand in no time! or maybe a finger or two
