    75 gal sps reef

Well heres a few shots of my 75 gal sps reef. i have recently aquired a few heads of coral which are starting to settle in. I also added actinic vho lighting and a 10k bulb. I only have half of my tank lit by mh right now. will get a second one as soon as i have enough corals to justify it As you can see Im having a bit of bad algea here and there. Considering I have only a handfull of nassarius snails, 1 turbo and a kole tang for a creaning crew Im not too concerned about it, though I think I realy need to refresh my rodi filters and membrane...Im sorry about the bad pics.

I know what you mean. Some shots are great, but you never know what the other guy is using or how much it was edited. It takes me about 100 shots to get a realy good one.

Thanks swimfins, i guess the pic does come across as being dark. Goes to show you how bad I am at taking pics Its actualy quite bright on the side with the xm 10K bulb. The dark side does look quite eerie lol.

Somehow all my pics come out dark???

Thanks Tictoc! Still a work in progress.

Try fooling with the white balance on your manual setting in the camera. Set it for flourescents. I got this advice from Bram and Tang-man and its worked well. It looks like a 'seahunt' set from the old show 'seahunt'. I'm waiting for aminature LLoyd Bridges in scuba gear to appear lol
