Jeff, you deal in the old arcade game units? What do they go for these days?

I didn't think you were old enough to remember GALAXIA IVAN! . Do you remember MORTALS and MACHINES in ELLIOT LAKE?

hey guys, i'm not a dealer or seller but rather a beginning collector! Some of the games go for allot of cash but you can sometimes pick them up really cheap if you are at the right place at the right time. Worst part about them is the weight of them and trying to keep the monitors in service.

    Cool Jeff..

I wouldn't mind something like Gauntlet, Black Tiger, Galaga, etc.

What do they go for usually? Just curious.

Another idea is to get a box as a shell, and put in a PC running MAME etc..

Hey Fishy, If one was lucky you could pick up an old game as you mentioned for a few hundred
or less. Buying one from someone into the old game hobby will cost you about $300-600 depending on condition etc. Spending more from a collector\seller usually guarantees it to be in good working condition. I'm currently looking for a few empty cabinets as one of them will be used for just what you mentioned (mame emulator) that my teenage son wants to setup as a project. I need another two cabinets besides that one for 2 rebuilds i have in the works.
