    Red LED's

    Does anyone know where I can buy red led's in the Ottawa area?

    princess auto in the car accesories has a bunch of red, green purple leds, big 20 leds things that are super bright....

    im always looking for blue but they are out

    As mentioned "The Source" stores will generally have them. They usually sell packs of 2 or larger packs of mixed colors. Active Electronics on Merivale will have them too.

    I have uv/purple led's.
    you can get just about everything you can imagine at Active components on marivale road. also Gervais electronic should have some too.

    if you do not mind waiting, get them on ebay.. way cheaper even with shipping.

    moving.. so temporarily out of SW :b8:
    planning next tank, possibly 60x30x20 on 2x plasma.

    Ok with my 'uber' DIY skillz... I took apart an old set of XMas lights, the ones that change from red to blue and used those instead... this way I can choose either colour that suits the project
