I know someone who has used them and speaks well of them. They are known to be able to get "anything".

yeah they can get alot of stuff.... but because they have alot... they dont have time to take good care of them. I know this because I work at a LFS and receive livestock from them. Let's just say they dont arrive in all that great of shape. And it's not just because of transportation. They deal with reptiles aswell and they are often covered in mites.....everytime.

    Reefbizz,
Where do you live and what LFS do you work at?
I know Mirdo and yes they are not open to the public. However, I have been there a few times and have seen their setup. Just to let you know too, they redid their whole setup a few months ago and it is much better now. They have a whole section that they house new arrivals in when they have a low PH from transport so that they can bring the PH back up slowly before placing them in the main holding tanks. I can't comment on the reptile section as it never interested me to go see it, but the fish section always looked very fine to me and I never saw any animals in bad shape. They definitely don't crowd the tanks at all as there are so many tanks that there are always only a few fish in each tank..., and the tanks are bigger than what you see at most LFS's too. I can't think of anything negative to say about them as far as what I have seen.

They ship to the LFS in town, and they've actually said a few of the same things that reefbiz has said.
