Lighting for a Frag Growout area

I am seriously contemplating turning my sump's refugium area into a Frag Grow out area.

    The size is 22"W x 18"L x 10"H. This is about 17 gallons.

That said, I'm thinking of using a 70w 20k Arc MH bulb to light this area.

I'm thinking of using a reflector like this:

    or this:

Will this be enough light? Bear in mind that the reflector will be 12" from the water's surface. The depth of the area is only 10", and frags will be sitting on eggcrate approximately 6" from the surface.

    What do y'all think??

Does anyone (Liv?) have a picture of the 70w 20k Arc bulb over their tank?
I am Homer of BORG... Prepare to be..OOOO!! DONUT!!!!!!
