    Green Cup Coral

I have a good sized green cup coral that I've had for over 4 years. Its going great! There are lots of buds on the outside of the cup that I was wondering if I could snap off and start some frags with . Any one have any experiance with this?

I once broke a peice off of a green cup and epoxied it to some live rock and it did great. I think if the cup is thriving in your tank most peices you break off should be fine.
PLEASE SEND ALL ACROPORA FRAGS TO THE REEFSURFER

Xerces, is it a green montipora capricornis,
I broke several pieces off mine by mistake when i dropped a MJ 900 on it, i glued them to a rock and they grew like made and now are about 2 " in diameter, in about 2 months!!
