After several months, I've finaly started back the system and restarting reef.

It's been a while since the last crash but this week i've finally restarted my reef project. Will keep you guys posted.

    Welcome back!

Have you reworked, or do you plan to rework, the setup with more labels and a safer failure path?

Feel free to bounce ideas around here to limit your exposure, especially when you are away from home.

Great to hear that you've got the tank set back up.

Now that I have returned from Newfie-land, I'm hoping to get my tank back up and running again real soon....it's been down since December.

Weell, I'm planning to keep the exact same setup since the last crash was a humain error and not a setup error. When I did a waterchange, I forgot to shut the drain valve and left. This caused the sump to empty itself and refill with RO during a full 24hrs. I will rework my Power section and will label everything better so my wife or anyone can be able to figure things out while I'm away.

PWall, I haven't forgotten you. I'm leaving next weekend for the full scouts week and on my return I will go and help you set yours up.

Hope this is OK with you.

Well, since pwall is just returning from three weeks away, I suspect (though I can't actually speak for him) that he'll be okay with a minor delay. ;-)
