    Silicone Question

I can't seem to fiind silicone that expressly states that it's recommended for aquarium use. In the past I've used the CT Mastercraft product which does, but it's been discontinmued. Is it simply good enough to use a silicone that doesn't have an anti-fungal additive? Thanks

Thanks liv. Would you feel comfortable using caulking that doesn't contain the anti-fungal property?

Almost everyone that builds aquariums uses GE 1200 Construction Silicone.

I used the Home Hardware brand of silicone when I re-built my tank and it has been holding fine for over a year. It's fairly cheap if you buy a 3 pack..around $10.
