    Angry Dam splinters!!

    this morning i moves some liverock and owieeeeee... i got myself like 10 splinters in my finger... can't hardly see them..

    i got most of them but a few remain...

    what gives splinters lol...

    Ahhh...

    You got Bristlewormed!

    It is for this reason, among others, that it's highly suggested to use gloves when handling rocks.

    You may wanna try some duct tape to take out the remaining bristles.

    stop messing with that tank!"lol" and keep an eye out for your fingers as theres no antidote for the venome that the worms give off and you could lose a few fingers. is it itchy or burning?

    ...... buuuuut...., Johnny will lose a few fingers if he continues with that weird Elliot Lake humour!!!!!

    Next time you get stung, try either soaking in hot water or put some meat tenderizer such as Accent brand or similar (MSG= Monosodium Glutamete) on the area. Apparantly it helps with the stinging.

    ...and it will make your hand more tender for the worms next time you play with the rocks again.

    p.s. next time someone makes fun of you for believing in "live rock" let them hold a piece and see how the rock bites.
