    Red Star Polyps

    My REdstar Polyps are finally ready to trim back....thought I'd throw a picture in...one uner the MH and the other under the atinics...sorry for the pic qulity it's a cheap camera...
    The only thing two reef keepers will agree on, is what the third reef keeper is doing wrong!

    wow.. that thing sure shines !

    The pic doesn't do them justice...they have bright purple stalks, red centers, and bright metallic green polyps. I'll try to get a better pic. I found a small frag of this stuff about ayear ago and had to have em. Now as you can see they are spreading like wildfire....I'll try for a better pic.

    Just to give you an idea how these glow under atinics...her's a night shot of the tank....they really shine out...

    I'll be in the Ottawa area in the first week of April...I'll get some started on small rocks and bring them up. It's too hard and not worth shipping. Maybe I can make one drop of a few at Ivan's and he can distribute them...by then I'm sure I'll have tons as you know how polyps grow....
