    MTC Skimmers?

well we where at the GTA Swap meet and we paid our 3 dollars for a Raffel ticket and won a MTC Pro 4600s skimmer.. Great little toy donated from ORG.. price tag of $390 so i can't complain..

What im looking to find out is who do they work.. What size pump should i run.. and what size tank are they rated too.. I can't seem to find much info on them.

    Thanks
    Mike

Yea i read that site.. and like the instructions that came with the unit.. they are very none informative.. lol,

The only instructions are to use a pump that matches the Volume of the tank.. So i dont think running 140 gallons of water through the unit would be enough? But then again its a Air stone so i guess it would be enough.

can you give us some picks from different angles etc and some measurements- that'll help alot to figure this puppy out.
Nice score btw- MTC makes great products, but their customer service sucks...

According to the Instructions that came with it.. it says to turn the powerhead on and then turn on the Air pump and bring the water level up to the base of the head ( Flange).. So that is whats its doing now.. so we will see what happens here.
