    anthias question

I was thinking of adding an anthias to my 77 gallon and noticed that the requirements suggest only keeping them in groups of 1 male and 2-3 femailes or more. Is keeping only one out of the question ? If not can someone suggest a good Anthias for a 77 gallon reef tank ?

no keeping 1 or even 2 of different types will work. That info is usually regulated for larger tanks with the space to scrap in the hiarchy. its actually NOT recommended ''SCOTT MICHEALS'' to keep more than 1 of a type in a smallish tank.

Squarespots do well on their own. Mine is rather bossy though. If I had my time back I'd get a fathead, also known as sunburst.

I've had 6 Bartletts in my 90 for about 3 months now. I was worried about keeping a school that small, but so far no losses or sign of agression. They don't really school much but they still keep the tank lively. They are like Chromis only much more expensive!

I've been debating between an Anthias and a reef safe wrasse.. want something that'll be 4-5 inches in length but still be very cool looking.
